What you'll do

• Lead maintenance staff in work orders, preventive maintenance, upkeep, and repairs
• complete resident work orders within 24 hours
• inspect the community
• prepare apartments for move-in
• perform on-call emergency service as required
• monitor mechanical equipment
• maintain maintenance logs
• support budget tracking, contractor insurance checks, inventory, and supply orders.
