The Maintenance Associate – CNC Equipment role is an onsite, full-time position in Fife, WA, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. RTCA is an aerospace and defense manufacturing group supporting commercial and government aerospace programs. The associate assists with routine maintenance and upkeep of CNC machining equipment and facility operations, helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment. The role supports equipment performance and production continuity while building hands-on maintenance skills under experienced technicians.

What you'll do

• Assist with general maintenance using hand and power tools
• support routine maintenance and monitoring of CNC mills and lathes under technician guidance
• maintain coolant and fluid levels
• follow preventive maintenance programs
• empty chip bins and maintain disposal areas
• assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, and repairs as directed
• support workspace moves and general shop organization
• follow safety procedures.
