Activity Assistant

Job overview

The Activity Assistant role is onsite in Chagrin Falls, OH; compensation is $12–$15 per hour. Meadow Falls of Chagrin Valley serves older adults, and this role supports activities within the community. The assistant helps plan and carry out scheduled activities and life-skills programming while maintaining safe, organized activity spaces. The role also supports resident engagement through outings and, when assigned, transportation assistance.

What you'll do

• Assist the Activity Coordinator with planning and conducting activities
• maintain activity supplies and post activity schedules
• complete tasks with resident safety in mind
• keep activity areas safe and neat
• accompany residents on assigned outings
• may drive residents to appointments and outings using the community shuttle and may assist residents boarding and exiting.
