What you'll do

• Manage payroll and timekeeping administration, review hours, identify discrepancies, analyze labor data, and coordinate payroll information
• lead recruiting across multiple locations, including job descriptions, postings, screening, and hiring-manager partnership
• support employee relations and compliance, including performance documentation, investigations, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and leave
• coordinate HR reporting, workers’ compensation claims, OSHA documentation, immigration-related processes, and confidential records
• improve HR processes and data accuracy using Excel, HR systems, and reporting.
