Cable Installation Technician

The Cable Installation Technician is an onsite role based in Johnson City, NY. Compensation is $18–$37.50 per hour, supporting the Cable Installation team in installing and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment. This role is responsible for safely installing and troubleshooting video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses, ensuring customer satisfaction through education and quality service.

What you'll do

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment
• Remedy sources of customer-perceived issues
• Review requested services with customers
• Educate customers regarding product usage
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
