It contributes to the company's financial health by driving process improvements, maintaining audit compliance, and fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day AR activities for the PSDS Group.
• Lead and mentor AR billing specialists.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for Firm Fixed Price, Cost-Plus, and Time and Material contracts.
• Maintain AR records and reconcile with the general ledger.
• Design and document operational procedures to meet SOX and government audit standards.
• Report on AR aging, DSO, and cash collections.
• Resolve billing disputes and support contract close-outs.
