What you'll do

• Support self-care, bathing, toileting, household tasks, meal planning, communication, social behavior, and basic financial management
• assist with social and leisure activities, appointments, and transportation
• administer and document medications
• provide physical assistance as needed
• document daily progress
• communicate health concerns and needs
• liaise with families
• supervise visitors
• maintain home security and report maintenance needs
• provide awake overnight supervision.
