What you'll do
- Audit draft invoices in Avizzor and send them to the appropriate insurer
- verify required supporting documents and retrieve missing documents from CPR+
- reconcile invoice charges, service and prescription dates, prescription data, and prior authorization details
- submit invoices marked Accepted
- request clarifications or modifications
- follow up on invoices delaying cash flow
- submit received invoices within 72 hours
- assist with other tasks as needed.
