The Staffing Coordinator, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is an onsite, full-time position in Norman, OK. Compensation is not specified. The coordinator serves as the facility’s primary contact for staffing functions, coordinating clinical staffing and related hiring processes to help maintain adequate coverage and support resident care.

What you'll do

• Coordinate staffing for nursing personnel, including RNs, LVNs, CMAs, and CNAs
• process applications
• schedule and conduct interviews
• complete reference and license or certification checks
• review staffing and adjust for census
• conduct the clinical portion of new-hire orientation and drug testing
• maintain attendance records and track required in-services
• conduct annual CNA proficiency testing
• maintain nursing licenses
• and track and administer TB tests and flu shots. May participate in nursing staff assessment and evaluation.

Why this role

Current, valid CNA licensure is required; prior nursing-home or home-health experience with geriatric patients and scheduling experience are required. KRONOS experience is preferred.
