Job overview

The Supported Employment & Education Coordinator role is primarily community-based in Missoula, MT, with at least half of scheduled work hours spent in the community; compensation is $18–$24.25 per hour. Mountain Home is a Missoula-based nonprofit whose mission is to provide a safe home and nurturing community where mothers discover their strengths and children thrive. The coordinator helps clients pursue competitive employment and education goals using the evidence-based Individualized Placement and Support model. The role integrates with behavioral health treatment teams and builds community partnerships to connect clients with opportunities suited to their strengths, interests, and preferences.

What you'll do

  • Build trusting relationships with clients and support employment and education services, including intake, assessment, placement, coaching, and follow-up
  • assist with Vocational Rehabilitation and Blind Services applications and coordinate with VRBS
  • transport clients to interviews, jobs, and school-related activities
  • participate in team meetings
  • develop relationships with employers, educators, and community partners
  • assist the SEP Supervisor with IPS program development and implementation.
