What you'll do

• Perform general building maintenance, including replacing bulbs and lighting fixtures, relocating furniture or office equipment, removing trash, cleaning production floors, grounds cleanup, painting walls, and assisting with door or wiring replacement
• maintain an organized work area
• operate power tools and equipment according to OSHA and company safety standards
• complete repairs promptly
• notify supervisors of needed repairs or maintenance concerns.
