Line Cook — Café Kitchen

The Line Cook role is onsite in Boiceville, NY. Pay is $19–$22 per hour plus tips. What you'll do

• Prepare savory components for three cafés
• cook breakfast and lunch menu items
• stock and maintain the station using FIFO rotation
• prepare, plate, and garnish dishes consistently
• maintain knowledge of recipes, techniques, and equipment
• support other stations as needed
• follow food-safety and sanitation standards.
