What you'll do

• Monitor, maintain, and repair campus heating and cooling systems
• manage building automation systems
• perform electrical repairs involving lighting ballasts, circuit breakers, and panel upgrades
• oversee vendor support
• maintain inspection and repair logs for licensing and fire-marshal requirements
• complete work orders
• oversee upkeep of plumbing, structural, and mechanical systems
• coordinate grounds crews and contractors
• follow child-safe maintenance protocols.
