What you'll do

• Operate CNC Swiss equipment, including Citizen, Tsugami, Traub, and Star machines
• make offsets and edit programs without supervision
• inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMM, and vision systems
• complete first-part verification
• identify setup-sheet issues
• perform visual and GD&T inspections
• segregate and report nonconforming product
• interpret CMM reports
• perform basic machine maintenance
• maintain a clean work area.
