What you'll do

• Depending on approval, track deal pipelines
• set up and maintain data rooms
• manage diligence checklists and timelines
• coordinate with legal, tax, and third-party advisors
• support capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, subscriptions, and closings
• organize fund documents
• coordinate portfolio reporting and KPI tracking.
