What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end preboarding documentation, account setup, background checks, and handoffs to IT, Payroll, and Workplace
• support HRIS onboarding configuration, workflows, data integrity, documentation, orientation, and integrations
• streamline recruiting workflows and automate document repository management, approvals, notifications, and ATS handoffs where feasible
• optimize BambooHR preboarding communications, document collection, task assignments, and data accuracy
• maintain HR files, systems, spreadsheets, forms, and lists
• use AI to automate repetitive work and engage new hires about process issues.
