What you'll do

• Set shift expectations
• monitor production workflow and performance
• support employees on the production floor
• troubleshoot operational issues
• train, coach, and mentor team members
• reinforce standard operating procedures, quality, and safety standards
• monitor operational metrics
• support procedure, training, and audit practices
• identify and implement workflow improvements
• communicate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Leadership.
