What you'll do

• Lead and manage pharmacy production functions, including nonsterile-to-sterile, sterile-to-sterile, and hazardous drug compounding
• oversee environmental controls, cleaning, inventory management, and patient safety initiatives
• develop production procedures for new service offerings
• oversee production protocols and staff education related to USP 797 and USP 800
• conduct internal audits of production staff for compliance
• maintain pharmacy policy and procedure adherence and recommend updates
• ensure relevant staff training
• develop and maintain a staffing model to meet business demands.
