What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries, establish pricing under company policy, and prepare quotations and tender proposals
• follow up on quotes and tenders
• maintain customer relationships
• enter orders and review contracts
• liaise among customers, outside sales, and manufacturing
• coordinate delivery schedules
• assist with forecasting, reporting, process improvements, accounts receivable, and sales documentation
• support QHS&E programs.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree is preferred; three or more years of sales support experience in tubular manufacturing, OCTG, or distribution may be considered in lieu of a degree. SAP and ERP experience are preferred.
