What you'll do

• Prepare vacant units through painting, cleaning, and light repairs
• address minor work orders such as light bulbs, basic plumbing leaks, hardware replacement, and minor drywall repair
• maintain grounds and common areas
• support higher-level technicians
• follow safety and appearance standards
• participate in training. On-call rotations for after-hours emergencies may be assigned at the manager’s discretion.
