Restaurant Topper

Job overview

The Restaurant Topper role is onsite in Winter Garden, FL, with compensation of $15–$17 per hour. The position is part-time. Just Salad’s mission is to make everyday health and sustainability possible, including efforts to reduce its environmental footprint. The Topper supports front-of-house service by preparing guest orders, topping salads and wraps, and maintaining a clean, stocked line. The role helps deliver accurate, timely orders while following food safety and quality standards and supporting waste-reduction and recycling initiatives.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• complete order tickets accurately
• assist with digital orders as needed
• top salads and wraps
• restock toppings and lettuce
• follow FIFO practices
• clean the line and sweep floors
• clean, restock, and break down the topping line at shift end
• follow food safety and quality standards
• support food-waste reduction, recycling, and composting programs.
