In this role, couples will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, and support for approximately 8-13 students. The position is crucial for fostering students' academic, emotional, and social development in a structured, family-like environment.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
