The Industrial Controls Engineer is an onsite role based in Lebanon, OR, supporting the facilities and automation systems at Pacific Cast Technologies. This role exists to maintain and improve mission-critical automation and control systems within an industrial manufacturing environment. The engineer will collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality departments to execute projects, integrate modern systems, and optimize process performance through data analysis and technical design.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and integrate controls and automation systems
• troubleshoot equipment and process problems using SCADA and data analysis tools
• lead large projects
• migrate obsolete systems to modern platforms
• prepare specifications for materials and equipment
• create control schematics and diagrams
• supervise contractors
• analyze process data for continuous improvement.
