Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Evaluate infrastructure requirements and guide capital improvement projects through formal justification
• lead stakeholder scoping charrettes
• prepare layouts, calculations, reports, economic analyses, and rough-order-of-magnitude cost models
• assess facility and utility systems, space use, and real property assets
• update site development plans
• customize engineering specifications
• coordinate engineering support and sustainability data
• prepare documentation for property modifications and disposal strategies.
