Food Production Associate

What you'll do

• Break down, weigh, measure, and label bulk ingredients according to recipes and standard operating procedures
• document lot numbers, weights, and labels
• follow food safety, GMP, allergen-control, and HACCP procedures as applicable
• minimize waste and prevent contamination
• maintain a clean work area
• safely operate pallet jacks, production equipment, and knives as required
• complete production and food-safety documentation
• meet production goals
• participate in training and assist with training new team members when needed.
