Working with the Center Director, teachers, and families, the associate director helps oversee children’s safety and supervision, classroom expectations, licensing and company policies, staffing, schedules, and center operations. The role also supports budgeting, staff leadership, and communication with children, parents, and staff.

What you'll do

• Support child safety and supervision for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years
• help staff understand classroom objectives
• assist with licensing and company policy compliance
• track expenses, revenue, and annual budget goals
• substitute for the Center Director when absent
• support and lead personnel
• review staffing, schedules, and classroom assignments
• communicate with children, parents, and staff.
