The Client Care Specialist role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, Thursdays through Saturdays from 3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour for hours worked between 1:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. The role supports the Rescue Mission’s Syracuse Emergency Shelter, which serves people experiencing homelessness. The role combines direct client support, safety rounds, documentation, and communication with the shelter team.
