What you'll do

• Lead aftermarket support for parts, technical service, and customer needs
• deploy technical staff to address field issues involving installation, operation, repair, or machine modifications
• oversee warranty programs and negotiate settlements
• administer service bulletins and product improvement programs
• respond to parts, service, and warranty inquiries
• maintain supplier relationships and coordinate with sales and marketing
• grow product-support revenue
• contribute to long-range planning
• follow safety policies and procedures.
