What you'll do

  • Lead and develop electrical engineers, E&I technicians, and contractors
  • oversee electrical distribution, motor controls, instrumentation, and maintenance programs
  • troubleshoot electrical and control-system issues
  • provide technical oversight for DCS, PLC, and control systems
  • partner with operations and engineering to improve process controls
  • lead electrical scope for capital projects
  • manage contractors, vendors, procurement, and critical spares
  • support safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Why this role

The posting requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 7–10 years of manufacturing or industrial experience, and technical-team leadership experience. Chemical manufacturing experience and a Professional Engineer license are preferred.
