What you'll do

• Welcome patients, verify information, and assist with check-in and intake
• answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments
• coordinate therapist calendars and clinic flow
• verify insurance benefits, collect payments, and assist with basic billing questions
• maintain patient records and update the EMR system
• keep the reception area organized
• collaborate with therapists and assistants.
