What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Verify visitor and contractor authorization, maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation, and communicate observed conditions and policy violations.
