Job overview

The Behavioral Consultant, Intensive Behavioral Health Services role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, with fee-for-service compensation of $40–$45 per hour. Dunbar Wellness Group’s IBHS program supports children, families, and schools through behavioral health services. The role exists to design and oversee evidence-based behavior plans that support emotional regulation and adaptive skills. The consultant conducts assessments, develops interventions, coaches families and school teams, monitors progress, and collaborates with mobile therapists and other team members.

What you'll do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • develop behavioral systems using reinforcement and token economies
  • monitor progress using data
  • train and coach families, teachers, and team members
  • collaborate with Mobile Therapists and interdisciplinary teams
  • document outcomes and refine interventions to IBHS and CBH standards
  • participate in supervision, case consultations, and quality-improvement activities.

Requires a master’s degree in a clinical behavioral-health discipline and an active Pennsylvania LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or BCBA credential; license-eligible applicants may be considered. At least two years of post-master’s clinical or counseling experience is required.
