What you'll do

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• partner with hiring managers on position requirements and candidate profiles
• manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, selection support, offer preparation, and pre-employment steps
• maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• support onboarding, HR records, HRIS data, compliance, and recruiting metrics
• provide occasional payroll and benefits administration backup.
