What you'll do

• Provide support to nurses and other staff
• assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans and facility procedures
• help residents lift, turn, move, position, and transfer
• coordinate dining-room setup and cleanup, meal-tray delivery, feeding assistance, and meal-intake documentation
• deliver nutritional supplements and document intake
• assist with weighing residents and report weight changes
• monitor and report skin concerns
• assist with toileting programs
• complete daily flow sheets and progress documentation
• report changes in residents’ condition and factors affecting assigned work.
