Retread Technician

The Retread Technician role is onsite in Wilmington, NC, with three full-time shift options: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–12:00 PM at $17 per hour; Monday–Friday, 12:00–8:00 PM at $17 per hour; or Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM at $18 per hour. The role supports tire retreading production. The technician inspects and prepares tires, applies new treads using production equipment, and checks finished tires against quality and safety standards. Accurate records, inventory tracking, and a clean work area help maintain reliable production.

What you'll do

• Inspect tires for damage and suitability for retreading
• buff tires to remove old tread
• apply new treads using retreading equipment
• assist with inventory tracking
