The Child Care Teacher role is onsite in Springfield, OH. Pay is $13–$17 per hour. CWCC’s early childhood education team provides a small-classroom environment focused on quality education. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing classroom and supports children’s development and school readiness through hands-on learning. The role also documents progress, communicates with families, and collaborates with classroom colleagues to support children from infancy through school age.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging classroom
• plan and implement hands-on learning experiences using Creative Curriculum
• foster social, emotional, language, literacy, and school readiness skills
• observe and document development using Teaching Strategies GOLD
• communicate with families
• collaborate with assistant teachers and aides
• maintain a clean, organized classroom.
