What you'll do

• Work loan call queues and provide backup for customer care.
• Enter loan application information into the system.
• Identify customer needs and make recommendations.
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Process account balance or transfer requests.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Attend training to stay informed of changes.
