Senior Payroll Accountant

The Senior Payroll Accountant role is onsite in Oakland, CA, with compensation of $95,000–$105,000 per year. What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and post payroll journal entries
• reconcile payroll registers, bank disbursements, and general ledger accounts
• audit payroll reports
• maintain payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations
• review tax filings
• reconcile 403(b) contributions and benefit accounts
• assist with plan audits and filings
• back up full-cycle payroll processing
• support financial close and improve payroll workflows with HR.
