What you'll do

• Provide strategic and administrative support in the Office of the Provost
• oversee faculty affairs, academic policy, and First and Second Year Experience programs
• support faculty recruitment, development, evaluation, promotion, and tenure
• collaborate with Student Affairs
• assist with strategic planning, budget oversight, accreditation compliance, and institutional effectiveness
• supervise assigned Academic Affairs personnel.
