The Recovery Specialist — Washington Recovery Help Line is fully remote for employees located in Washington State. The full-time schedule is 37.5 hours per week, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, at $26.79 per hour. Crisis Connections provides free, accessible telephone-based support to people experiencing crisis in King County and Washington State.

What you'll do

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and texts from people seeking substance use disorder, mental health, and problem gambling resources.
• Provide accurate Washington State resource information, facilitate warm transfers, make follow-up calls, complete call logging and quality-assurance screening, and participate in training and program meetings.
