What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT requests and maintain the ticket queue
• set up, replace, and retire computers and peripherals and maintain hardware inventory
• support lab-floor instrument computers, label printers, scanners, and bulk-entry stations
• assist with onboarding and offboarding
• follow outsourced IT tickets through verified completion
• perform recurring system and workstation checks
• coordinate issues involving Ward2024 with the development partner
• maintain written runbooks for recurring tasks.
