The director provides multi-unit operational leadership while building the commercial sales and catering division. The role supports store performance and brand consistency, develops new business relationships, and establishes the processes and infrastructure needed to grow recurring commercial revenue.

What you'll do

• Oversee operations across locations and coach Store Managers
• conduct store visits and operational reviews
• improve sales, labor efficiency, cost controls, guest experience, and profitability
• develop commercial sales strategy, accounts, and catering offerings
• prospect and manage sales pipeline
• create operating procedures and sales tools
• track performance and report to the Executive Team
• collaborate on planning, budgeting, and expansion.
