The Membership Services Representative role is onsite in Sandpoint, ID, with weekday evening hours from 3:00–9:00 p.m. Starting pay is $15.75 per hour. The representative helps members and visitors access YMCA memberships, programs, and facilities through accurate registration, welcoming service, and responsive assistance. The role also supports facility tours, cash handling, member relationships, safety documentation, and fundraising activities.

What you'll do

• Process membership enrollment and program registrations
• greet and direct visitors
• respond to member and prospective-member inquiries and complaints in person and by phone
• process cash transactions and reconcile the till
• provide facility tours
• build positive relationships
• follow safety, emergency, and child abuse prevention procedures and document incidents
• participate in fundraising campaigns.
