Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Day in Grand Forks, ND. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary range of $32.50 - $48.00 per hour. This role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary colleagues, and demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing practice.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with resident, family, and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to assistive personnel.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Experience

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
