What you'll do

• Handle inbound leads, walk-in customers, and phone inquiries
• assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers through vehicle purchases
• present vehicles and accompany customers on test drives
• explain vehicle information, pricing, and financing
• coordinate with management and finance
• maintain CRM notes and follow-up records
• and build repeat and referral business.
