The Senior Account Manager, U.S. Retail Client Insights role may be based onsite in San Francisco, CA, or performed remotely with travel to San Francisco 4–6 times per year. The role supports the Retail Client Insights team by turning data into actionable recommendations and helping a retail client grow its business. The account manager develops strategic plans and relationships, coordinates analysis and reporting, and works across Circana to address client needs and strengthen the partnership.
What you'll do
- Build expertise in the beauty industry, the client’s business, and the U.S. retail landscape
- analyze and present insights from available data assets with actionable recommendations
- develop strategic account plans and relationship maps
- collaborate across Circana and advocate for the client
- lead client meetings, presentations, and training on Circana tools, platforms, and solutions
- partner with retailer contacts on strategic initiatives and ad hoc analyses
- ensure accurate, timely ongoing reporting.
