What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and maintain food, service, and hospitality standards
• evaluate service through audits and feedback
• oversee safety, sanitation, cleanliness, repairs, and maintenance
• develop managers and hourly team members
• recruit, hire, coach, and evaluate staff
• lead marketing and sales-building efforts
• manage sales, labor, waste, budgets, cash handling, reporting, and financial controls
• ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
