Housekeeper Lead

What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and inspect assigned housekeeping staff
• ensure staff report and clock in properly and document lateness or absences
• resolve internal and external guest complaints
• document call-offs and arrange shift replacements
• coordinate staff breaks
• prepare and distribute assignment sheets and communicate changes
• assign and track keys, radios, and beepers
• check equipment and supplies and direct correction of deficiencies
• inspect areas for cleaning standards
• assist staff with cleanliness and service
• conduct training as assigned.
