What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• handle in-person, phone, email, and mail communications
• check patients in and out
• schedule, confirm, and forward-book appointments and route requests
• triage patients by urgency
• explain clinic services and care offerings
• handle sensitive situations professionally
• maintain patient records and attach prior records
• process payments, refunds, cash reconciliation, and deposits
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide client instructions
• assist with over-the-counter sales and inventory
• support veterinarians, technicians, and the Practice Manager
• maintain a clean, safe hospital environment
• participate in opening, closing, and weekend duties as assigned.
