What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment
• perform preventive maintenance, fault isolation, and repairs
• support live events, briefings, and demonstrations
• coordinate Tier 2/3 escalations with system administrators and vendors
• document service activity, inventory, and configuration changes
• follow security protocols for classified materials and controlled-access areas
• assist with upgrades, cabling, and infrastructure improvements
• participate in the after-hours and urgent-support on-call rotation.
